What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on February 3, 2020.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 21, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $12,403.63 in rent arrears and $33.86 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 11, 2020 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 21, 2020, the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
