What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The Tenants had not paid the full rent from September 1, 2019 to October 31, 2020, and the Landlord served a Notice of Termination.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 24, 2020 unless the Tenants pay $3,124.00 to void the eviction order. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by October 24, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
