What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a prior consent order. The consent order provided that the Landlord could apply to terminate the tenancy if the Tenant substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
