The ruling
The parties consented to an order where the Tenant shall pay $10,926.00 in rent arrears in installments by March 2024. The Tenant shall also pay new rent in full on the 1st of each month starting March 1, 2023. If the Tenant fails to make any payments, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction.
