What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid all arrears for the period ending July 31, 2021 after the application was filed, but the Landlord's cost of filing the application remains outstanding.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 19, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
