The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective May 17, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $28,673.34 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $50.96 per day starting May 7, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. The Tenant must also pay the $190 application fee. If the full amount is not paid by May 17, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
