What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant causing undue damage to the rental unit, seriously impairing the safety of the Landlord, and substantially interfering with the Landlord's reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 28, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before November 28, 2021. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 28, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance starting November 29, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by November 28, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement starting November 29, 2021.
