What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent and non-payment of rent. The application was heard by video hearing on April 20, 2021, with both Landlords and Tenants in attendance.

The ruling

The Landlords' application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenants pay the full monthly rent for May and June 2021 by June 14, 2021, and then pay the full monthly rent on the 1st of each month from July 2021 to June 2022. The Tenants must also pay $182.70 per month on the 20th of each month from June 2021 to May 2022 to eliminate the $2,192.40 in arrears. If the Tenants fail to comply with these conditions, the Landlords may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
