What happened

The ruling

The Tenant must pay $8,659.97 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $186.00 for application costs. Daily compensation of $35.75 is due from February 25, 2022, until the Tenant moves out. The Tenant can void the order by paying $10,185.78 by February 28, 2022, or $11,273.18 by March 7, 2022.
