What happened

The ruling

Tenants must pay $915.64 for rent arrears and compensation, plus $33.88 per day from January 27, 2022, until they move out. Tenants must also pay $186.00 for the application filing cost. If full payment is not made by February 6, 2022, the Landlord may file for eviction enforcement.
