What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The Tenant did not pay the rent owed for the period from July 1, 2021 to November 30, 2021, and the Landlord served a Notice of Termination effective July 23, 2021.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $101.76 for the remaining cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 6, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
