The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $7,784.19, which represents the rent arrears up to February 1, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenants are also ordered to pay the $201.00 application filing cost. If the full amount is not paid by December 11, 2021, the Tenants will owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
