The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,591.88 for rent arrears and application costs, plus $23.38 per day for compensation starting July 22, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 1, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
