The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date and pay the Landlord $1,585.79 plus $4.57 per day from February 17, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
