What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 11, 2021. The tenant must pay the landlord $17,101 for rent arrears and application fees. If the tenant does not pay by April 11, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by April 11, 2021, the landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
