What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order, including smoking and lighting a fire in the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 15, 2021. The Tenant is ordered to pay $190 for the previous application fee and $4.57 per day for use of the unit from February 5, 2021 until the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 15, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
