What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant.

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction of the Tenant is denied on the condition that the Tenant shall not deny entry to the Landlord so long as the Landlord's entry is in accordance with the Act. If the Tenant ever breaches this condition, the Landlord has the right to seek termination/eviction.
