The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 21, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $866.94 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $6.18 per day in compensation from April 1, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 21, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
