What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $8,005.25 on or before November 20, 2022. If the Tenant does not void the order, the Tenant must pay the Landlord $6,792.25 and vacate the unit by November 20, 2022. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
