What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 7, 2021. The Tenant must pay $1,967.98 plus $3.78 per day starting June 16, 2021 to the Landlord. If the Tenant pays $2,026 by June 30, 2021 or $2,141 by July 7, 2021, the Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy.
