What happened
Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of other tenants in the residential complex through excessive noise.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective November 16, 2021 due to the Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants through excessive noise. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $4.57 per day for use of the unit from November 6, 2021 until the Tenant vacates, as well as $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 16, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
