What happened

The ruling

If not voided, the Tenant must vacate by February 19, 2023, and pay $8,613.90 plus $26.10 per day from January 20, 2023, until move-out. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 20, 2023, if the unit is not vacated.
