What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenants owe no money to the Landlord as the rent deposit and interest owed to the Tenants exceeds the arrears. The Landlord is authorized to offset $77.10 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting August 21, 2021 until the Tenants move out.
