What happened

The ruling

The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $1,553.75 for the cost of repairing the damage and replacing the damaged property, as well as $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 28, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
