Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlords require possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation by their child.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2019. The Tenant must move out by that date and pay the Landlords $132.53 plus $23.39 per day from January 5, 2019 until the move-out date. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 15, 2019, they will owe interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance.
