The Tenants were ordered to pay the Landlord $4,653.99, plus $31.79 per day starting December 19, 2018, which includes rent arrears, compensation, and the cost of filing the application, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenants were also ordered to pay the Landlord $3,500 for the reasonable costs of repairing the damage and/or replacing the damaged property.
