What happened

The ruling
Relief from eviction is granted subject to the condition that the Tenant, occupants and guests shall not commit any illegal act in the rental unit or residential complex during the period of April 12, 2017 to April 11, 2018. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application.
