What happened
Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to non-payment of rent, substantial interference, and persistent late payment of rent.
The ruling
The tenancy was terminated effective March 3, 2018 due to non-payment of rent, unless the Tenant pays the outstanding amount by March 3, 2018 to void the order. The Tenant was also ordered to remedy the issues of dismantling the CO detector and storing combustible items near the furnace in order to continue the tenancy.
