What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of other tenants through fighting, yelling, screaming, and creating excessive noise.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2018. The Tenant must move out by August 24, 2018 and pay the Landlord $581.61, which includes compensation for use of the unit, the application fee, and interest on the rent deposit. If the Tenant does not pay by August 24, 2018, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
