What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order terminating the tenancy.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the order terminating the tenancy was denied. However, the eviction date was delayed to August 31, 2015 to allow the Tenant additional time to find new housing due to their limited resources and payment of last month's rent deposit.
