What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenants permitted in the residential complex have seriously impaired the safety of another person.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective April 22, 2021. The Tenants must move out by that date. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $858.11 for use of the unit from March 15 to April 12, 2021, and $29.59 per day from April 13 until they move out, as well as the $186 application fee. If the full amount is not paid by April 17, 2021, they will owe interest. If the unit is not vacated by April 22, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
