The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by February 24, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by this date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting February 25, 2023. The Sheriff is directed to give vacant possession to the Landlord on or after February 25, 2023.
