What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as per the terms of a previous mediated settlement.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 9, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $4,629.13 in rent arrears and costs, plus $66.58 per day in compensation for continued occupancy starting January 30, 2021. If the full amount is not paid by February 9, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest and the Landlords can file the order for enforcement of the eviction.
