The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2024. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $21,113.08, which includes rent arrears up to the termination date and the application filing fee, minus the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by June 30, 2024, they will owe 7% annual interest on the outstanding balance starting July 1, 2024. If the unit is not vacated by June 30, 2024, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
