The ruling
The previous order HOL-09210-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,646.65 plus $60.82 per day starting September 1, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, interest will start accruing at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
