The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 21, 2020. The Tenant owes no money to the Landlord as the amount of the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit exceeds the costs related to the application fee for the previous application that the Landlord is entitled to under this order by $116.81. The Landlord is authorized to offset $6.87 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting August 11, 2020 to the date the Tenant moves out of the unit.
