What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective March 21, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $12,360.06 in rent arrears and compensation, plus $201 in application fees, and $24.66 per day in compensation starting March 11, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 21, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
