What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 20, 2021. The Tenant Mandi Drennan must pay the Landlord $12,113.73, which includes rent arrears, damages, and application fees, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $73.63 per day for each day of occupation starting June 21, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the unit is not vacated by June 20, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
