What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants is terminated. The Tenants must move out of the rental unit on or before September 22, 2020. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by September 21, 2020, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding starting September 22, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by September 22, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting September 23, 2020.
