What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Landlord also applied to terminate the tenancy for the purpose of personal use, but later withdrew this application.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $6,776 by 2022-09-25 to void the order. If the Tenant does not pay, they must vacate by 2022-09-25 and pay $4,212.23 plus daily compensation of $43.33 from 2022-09-08 until move-out.
