What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to the Tenant or another occupant committing an illegal act or carrying out an illegal trade, business or occupation in the rental unit or the residential complex, and because the Tenant, another occupant or a person the Tenant permitted in the residential complex has seriously impaired the safety of any person.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated, as of May 10, 2021 the date the Tenant gave vacant possession of the rental unit to the Landlord.
