The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $10,476.00 by April 17, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by April 17, 2023, and pay the Landlord $7,081.60 plus $44.38 per day from March 17, 2023, until move-out. The Tenant can make a one-time motion to void the order if full payment is made before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
