What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 2, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $13,499.63, plus $50.96 per day starting July 23, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by August 2, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
