The Landlords' application for eviction of the Tenants is denied on the condition that the Tenants pay the outstanding rent arrears and costs of $9,875.00 in installments, and also pay the rent for the months of January 2021 to August 2021 in full by the first day of each corresponding month. If the Tenants fail to make any of the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants, and the balance owing will become payable with interest.
