What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective April 6, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $1,224.61 plus $36.16 per day starting March 27, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by April 6, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
