What happened

The ruling

The tenancy was terminated on consent, with the Tenants required to vacate the rental unit by November 30, 2022. The Tenants owe the Landlord $9,041 for rent arrears and costs, but the Landlord agreed to waive rent and arrears to October 31, 2022. The last month's rent deposit will be applied to the November 2022 rent. If the unit is not vacated by December 1, 2022, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
