The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective November 14, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,022.44, plus $44.10 per day starting November 4, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 14, 2021, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
