Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy of Tenants and for compensation for the use of the rental unit.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must move out by December 31, 2019. If they do not, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for eviction after January 1, 2020. The Tenants must pay $63.28 per day for use of the unit from January 1, 2020 until they move out, and $190 for the application filing fee, which is waived if they comply with the order.
