What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 3, 2020. The Tenant must pay $637.69 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and application costs, less the rent deposit and interest owed. The Tenant must also pay $38.29 per day in compensation starting September 23, 2020 until move-out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 3, 2020, the Landlord may file the order for enforcement.
