What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlord intends to convert the rental unit to a non-residential use by demolishing the trailer and converting the land to a vacant plot.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective October 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before October 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by October 24, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement starting October 25, 2021.
